Very bad experience! I waited a month for the "receptionist" to call me about a preapproval for a birth control implant, which was supposed to be sent to my insurance. I called them every week and the receptionist said "she didn't know". Days later, she said the preapproval got lost. Days later, she said "I am too busy, I will send it over to your insurance. I would NOT recommend this place to any of my friends, or anyone reading this review. Very nice and clean place though! but the customer service is awful.

The staff were nice and polite. Unfortunately I didn’t get that from Dr. cherenfant. I waited for the doctor for about 10 minutes, ready for my check up. He comes in and goes straight to the computer, he had his back to me for almost the whole appointment. He was looking at my chart and asked if I had any concerns. I told him what my concerns were and he said that’s because my condition isn’t being managed properly. He then goes on to ask me with a rude tone why I’m not taking birth control and I told him that I had very bad symptoms. He replied with “ You can’t just stop taking a medication “. I was confused because he was the one who took me off it and raised my dosage for another medicine. I let him know what he did and he said, “ but still...”, the rest I could not understand. He told me that since I’m not on birth control, the other medicine I’m taking can have harmful effects on me, but he failed to mention that in our past appointment. He made me feel like I was at fault and that I should’ve known better. He was really cold to me and I was not comfortable talking to him. Very bad bedside manner, no empathy or patience. He continued to do a quick check up, the whole conversation and check was about 5 minutes. I felt very rushed, I didn’t feel like going back and forth with a doctor.

My whole Family and extended family go see Dr.Cherefant. He is clear and direct. He knows what he’s talking about and doing. When I was looking to get pregnant he told me what to do, I followed his orders and low and behold pregnant ! He has seen me through my first pregnancy and delivery. His execution of baby delivery was incredible. I did not tear under his care nor did I have any complications. Believe me when I say Dr.Cherefant is 100% is the best GYN !!!

Super nice office! However, not friendly at all. I had told them this was my first time ever at a gynecologist and I didn’t even get an explanation as to what was going inside of me. He didn’t even care to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I walked in and out in 5 minutes, the doctor was very rushed. Oh and on top everything he was not wearing a mask. Like come on we are in the middle of a global pandemic. I don’t know how he was all these good reviews, maybe he is different with everybody.

This doctor does not appear to be concerned about COVID as he/his employees are not required to wear a mask ( few choose to wear one). He also called using gloves for blood draws propaganda when asked to glove up. His staff is nice and accommodating, but I would never recommend going to this doctor.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived on time, but my appointment ended up happening nearly two hours later. The very small waiting was packed with people, with no room for social distancing. I was uncomfortable enough that I asked to wait outside, and the secretaries offered to call me back after the five people ahead of me had been seen. When I was finally called, neither the doctor nor his assistant were wearing masks, and the doctor (while friendly) spent most of the appointment asking questions and offering “advice” entirely unrelated to my appointment or his specialty. Every other doctors offices I’ve visited has staggered appointments and posted signs requiring masks, hand sanitizer, and social distancing inside the office due to Covid-19. If the doctor is running this far behind schedule, the secretaries should call ahead. But more importantly, even while COVID-19 cases are down in nyc, this office should be taking stronger precautions to safeguard patients’ health.

The staff was friendly, the facility was very clean. Dr Cherenfant was very personable, very kind and soft spoken. He took his time, I didn't feel rushed at all. He showed genuine concern for my worries and questions.

He is an amazing Dr. If you are hesitant because he is a male doctor, please don’t let that stop you. As a female in her 20’s he has asked me questions , that no other gyn doctor has ever asked me. You can tell he truly cares for his patients and that’s what matter the most.

It was my first time attending to Dr. Lucot. He was the only doctor on ZocDoc close enough to get my Nexplanon removed by someone who take my insurance but I have absolutely no complaints! The place was very neat, staff was friendly, and wait time was good. During the procedure he made sure I was comfortable talking me through everything. I'd recommend !
