I am a licensed psychologist in Maryland and specialize in assessing and providing interventions to children and adolescents with anxiety, mood, behavioral, attentional and sleep concerns across ages. I use evidence-based behavioral and cognitive-behavioral principles and collaborate with families to develop effective and individualized plans. I believe in sharing research and best practice with families and working together to determine the best way to implement these approaches for each unique family.
I received my BA in psychology from Tufts University and my PhD in Clinical Psychology from George Mason University. I completed an APA-accredited internship and two years of post-doctoral fellowship at Kennedi Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
I have provided services in a variety of medical and mental health settings including community mental health centers, children's hospitals, outpatient clinics, and within a pediatric primary care setting.
