Not a lot of dialogue. She made a few comments, and started suggested medications. Felt hurried, and she wasn’t really listening to me.

After waiting to see her for 45 min, she may have spent 2 min tops with me. She spoke more to the medical assistant about my medications than me. I felt like she didn't listen to me. I was expecting a piece if paper with how to use the medications together and a summary of my visit, but I didn't recieve anything. I understand she runs a busy office, but I won't return.

Perfect visit! I was seen within 5mins of filling out the paperwork (first time patient). All my questions were answered about the immediate issue and a secondary issue. Dr. Li didn't rush through anything and was completely thorough. Ashley (Dr. Li's asst) was awesome! She gave me extra information and samples. The lady at the check out desk was also very friendly and helpful. She made sure to give me a coupon for my medication so that it would cost less!

She didn't examine my problem areas very well, started listing medical treatments without explaining what they are, did not ask much background information about how my acne had even began, and failed to connect with me as a doctor.

Dr. Li was great. Unfortunately, the office did not have my appointment in their system--so either ZocDoc or their office isn't working correctly. They were kind enough to work me in when I told them that I had made an appointment through ZocDoc.
