Dr. O’Brien was thorough and kind. Before even beginning to check my body, she spent a good amount of time asking questions, making sure to get the complete picture of my health. What I appreciated most was her asking multiple times if I had additional questions. I’m so used to doctors flying through so fast that her slow pace and concern for my questions was truly refreshing. I will definitely be going back to her when necessary, and will recommend to others.

I am really happy with my first visit with Dr. O'Brien. I found her very personable and thorough. I came to see her to establish care after a move. She went through my history and when I mentioned a few concerns, she didn't brush me off and indeed ordered testing on the spot. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I required additional testing which I was able to set up immediately after my appointment using their virtual concierge in a video call. It was surprisingly innovative, very user friendly, and made it convenient to leave with all my appointments in place. I look forward to working with Dr. O'Brien for all my future care.

Dr. O'Brien was one of the nicest medical professionals that I have ever gone to. I like her even more then my GP! All of the people that I encountered were helpful, friendly (smile on their faces and very accomodating) and very professional. I walked out of that appointment wanting to come back next time I need to schedule one. And that says a lot! I don't like going to the doctor!

I spent most of my time in the office with the nurse and the resident, both of which were professional and sincere. Dr. O'Brien popped in towards the end of the visit, but was very nice and listened to my concerns. As a person who gets white coat syndrome it was a solid experience.

I finally found my Primary care Doctor. She went through my whole medical history with me. One situation that I was seen for she made a treatment recommendation instead of just sending me to another doctor!

Dr O'Brien is very unprofessional, rude and talked to me like garbage. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I believe she has an attitude that she's better then everyone. I left her office in tears.
