After all it was a very good experience. The nurse practitioner was amazing and the doctor were very kind, both, gave me a very well explanation of my health situation. One thing I did not like it too much was the office seemed little chaotic.

Dr. Mendez earned his medical education at the University of Miami’s School of Medicine, after he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from Barry University. Dr. Mendez completed his postdoctoral training at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology as well as his advanced pelvic surgery residency. Dr. Mendez treats patients experiencing uterine or vaginal prolapse, pelvic pain, heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding, and menopause. He provides care and treatments including IUD insertion and removal, hysteroscopy, LEEP procedures for irregular pap smears, and ovarian cancer screenings.

The nurse practitioner was very pleasant and thorough, as was Dr. Mendez. He has a very personable bedside manner. No complaints except the reception area is rather small, not enough room for everyone to sit, possibly due to Covid spacing. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Dr Mendez is the best in his field, he is very good listening and explaining but most importantly he has a lot of experience and really knows what he is doing. I was misdiagnosed by another doctor and very frustrated because I wasn’t sure about my diagnosis and what to expect, Dr Mendez helped a lot. He is an excellent professional. Highly recommended.

my appt.had been rescheduled without letting me know. I arrived at 9am 1/16/14 and was told that my schedule was changed to 1/21. I had checked zocdoc the night before and there wasn't any change. The doctor was kind enough to see me anyway with minimal wait.
