They took another patient before me, extending my wait, but when I asked the front desk and she realized the Medical Assistant took the wrong patient she took care of it right away and addressed it. The Surgeon's Nurse was excellent, friendly and smart. Dr Jimenez has a very nice bedside manner. He examined me, gave me his opinion and ordered some xrays. The office staff that checks you out-not super friendly, seemed unhappy to be there. The office takes a LONG time to get the pre-auth for testing and to obtain medical records, not very punctual and organized with this part. If I didn't call in to check on it, I feel it would have fallen through the cracks and then they tried to blame it on the insurance. Had my appt 10/29, still waiting to have the abdominal CT ordered at that appt, almost 1 month. Unfortunately, this part holds up the important and needed surgery. Love the clinical staff but not so much, the other office staff, not "go getters", don't get things done quickly...
