I had a great appointment with Dr. Ramirez, however, the follow-up was a problem. I went and got some blood work done and after a few days I never heard back. I called his office and spoke to the receptionist that I never my results. She told me she would look into this and have the doctor call me back. Unfortunately, he nor his staff called me back.
