The Doctor was very polite and professional, but the front desk receptionists were unbelievably unprofessional and rude. They over charged me because the manager was the only person able to handle self pay, but she decided to leave the office before finishing with my payment. An employee under her asked her to train her so she could help me, but she refused. I submitted a claim with my insurance company, but the doctors office is taking more than their sweet time submitting the required information on their end. I will never go back to this office ever again.

Dr. Mayida is very good. She listened to my complaints then explained everything that was possibly going on before the exam . Giving me knowledge and letting me know what is happening during the exam made me very comfortable.

This was my daughter's first time being seen by a gyn doc. I couldn't have picked a better doctor. She was very good at calming her & my nerves. Her bedside manner was excellent. I'm happy that she has Dr. Mayida as her doctor.
