I did not like the fact that there were paper medical records EVERYWHERE; on top of filing cabinets, all over the floor everywhere. It seems unprofessional, and I do not understand how you can be organized and fully understand my medical records if you have such lack of cleanliness and organization. Additionally, her dog was running around the office which is very unsanitary.

Dr. Puente was excellent, very helpful but most importantly she listened to my concerns to really get an idea of what is wrong. Ordered blood work immediately but for many different things and also provided a home remedy solution.
