Lydia has the best bedside manner -- she is understanding, and actually listens to what you're saying. She is both friendly and efficient. The office is super prompt in filling medication, and they're also very accessible by phone or email, which I seriously appreciate. This was my second time using Zocdoc and Lydia, and I highly recommend both Lydia and her staff.

lydia was amazing!!! she made me feel like my adhd condition was not a terrible thing!! i felt so comfortable with her and i cant wait till my next appoinment. the medication she prescribed me works wonders!!

She joined the United States Air Force and served five years as an C-5 Aircraft Loadmaster. She received her Associates degree in Aviation Operations then earned a Bachelors in Health Science. She attended DeSales University for a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She remained in Lehigh Valley, PA to work in emergency medicine. She has experience in aesthetics, geriatrics, primary care, recovery medicine, mental health and emergency medicine. She is passionate about integrating nutrition supplements, lifestyle changes, and complementary medicine when appropriate in treatment plans. The doctor was pleasant and personable, and I got in to see her quickly. However, my office experience in general was not great. When I arrived, two of the receptionists were just chatting among themselves and one was on the phone, and no one made eye contact or greeted me as I approached the desk. There was a small paper sign saying to have a seat and they’d be right with me, so I did that. Waited five minutes past my appt time and then went back to the desk and asked if I need to check in. They got me checked in but were going to make me redo my paperwork and insurance info until I pointed out that I had already done that online. They took my vitals in a back hallway and wrote them down on a sticky note instead of in any sort of official chart. The blood pressure cuff didn’t work so I was told the doctor would do that manually, but I don’t recall her doing it in the end. I got what I needed taken care of, but the whole experience just felt rushed and unprofessional.

Every appointment here, I always leave with a solution. I am heard. The unnecessary multiple visit run around that I have experience with other providers does not exist here. If it can be handled in one visit, it is. I highly recommend Boro clinic. Their goal is for patient wellness vs profit.
