I have been in and out of the hospital for years even though I had all my issues in remission. I was still having issues no one could solve. She was the first provider to find me some comfort. The storm in my guts has stopped for almost 30 days and I am feeling good for a change. Now the process of healing can begin. I am so excited for what she has done for me, I cannot express my gratitude. I’m looking forward to working with her well into the future.

Lyndsey was thorough, knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I truly appreciate her so much. She has taken me a long way in the nutritional department. I feel so much better. I have complete faith in her and I am confident that she is there for me when I need her. If you're considering hiring a Nutritionist/Dietitian, I cannot say enough great things about Lyndsey. She has truly been a Godsend to me.

I believe that nutrition advice should be thoroughly personalized, taking into account the whole person. It should be focused on prevention and root cause. Nutrition therapy should be on a gradient between modern medicine/evidenced based practice and integrative/holistic care, depending on the individual and their unique needs. I spent a decade in traditional healthcare, working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation facilities. I started my private practice so that I could bypass the time and resource constraints of the healthcare system in order to provide the care that people deserve and is effective.
I truly love learning and the field of dietetics. So much so, that despite overwhelming advice to niche down, I have not. Therefore my "specialty" can best be described as "personalized nutrition".
My process is zero pressure. We start with a free 15 minute discovery call, to make sure that we are a good fit. We will discuss package options, prices/payment plans, and insurance reimbursement options. I am not in-network with any insurance companies, but I do help my clients verify their benefits and provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. I also offer 20% discount for paid in full services for clients not using insurance benefits. I will also accept payments via HSA.
