Lynise Perry, MS, CNS, LDN, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who combines evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with integrative healing techniques. With over a decade of experience in functional and clinical nutrition, Lynise provides personalized care to individuals and families managing many chronic conditions, including but not limited to PCOS, perimenopause/menopause, GERD, IBS, IBD, SIBO, histamine intolerance, and MCAS.
She is also passionate about supporting families with children diagnosed with ADHD and autism by addressing selective eating, underlying digestive issues, and appetite challenges. Lynise offers telehealth services for nutrition and herbal counseling, helping clients achieve optimal health from the comfort of their homes.
Lynise earned her Master's degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Howard University. Her professional journey includes roles in clinical practice, teaching, and diabetes education, as well as collaborative work with functional medicine practitioners. She is a proud member of the American Nutrition Association and the Association for Size Diversity and Health.
Beyond her professional work, Lynise enjoys cooking, gardening, roller skating, and spending quality time with her children and Siberian cat, Lalah, in Southeastern Virginia. Through her work, she aims to empower clients to make informed, lasting changes that foster health and vitality.
