I am also a NASM-certified personal trainer (CPT). I am a mother and stepmother of five beautiful children and have a wonderful husband who served 22 years doing Search and Rescue for the U.S. Navy. I have a history of working in acute care, long-term care, and rural community health, as well as with active-duty military, their families, and our Veterans—we moved around quite a bit with the military. I possess 11 years of practitioner experience in my craft and can truly say I found my calling. Nothing in my career has brought me greater joy than witnessing my patients and clients experience peace and freedom in their wellness journey. I can't take credit for their success; they can because they did the work. I simply had the honor to be their guide. I look forward to being yours too!
