She is very nice, the appointment went well. I did feel however that I could have kept the 15 minute appointment I had initially made for myself. It didn't seem necessary to have a so-called new patient appointment when I was already an established patient at the clinic, and my records were all there. As it turned out I was in the office for only about 15 minutes anyway.
