Lynn was a great PA. She had great bedside manner, and asked questions about my medical history that demonstrated that she cared. She helped refer me to a dermatologist for my skin issues, and helped talk me through the treatment options she was thinking of.

I used to see another provider at this location but Dr.Lynn was great and allowed space for questions. She didn't make me feel rushed and took her time to explain things to me which felt super reassuring and supportive. Will definitely be going back to see her.

Lynn has an amazing bedside manner; she truly listened to each of my health concerns, gave useful recommendations and referrals.
The staff were okay; some were nice and some weren’t. Most of them did not care to explain the process to you as a new patient to the clinic. Part of the registration process was to leave one’s credit card information and I was not comfortable doing that, I asked the staff and she just told “it’s company policy” no empathy on how she said it.
Lab works were kind of disappointing; I did see the medtech wash her hands or sanitize after drawing patients’ labs. Used a big needle (green) on me even though my vein is popping even without a torniquet. She only verified my identity after the blood draw. Clearly not following protocol while complaining that they keep giving them patients to do lab draws.
Overall, I’ll come back for Lynn but not too excited for the staff of MOM.

The PA of Dr. Kini was really good. I'm usually picky with whom I see and usually only like to see doctors but Lynn was exceptional. She went over & beyond from listening and understanding my reason for visit and several concerns to advising me next best steps, to providing my medications that I need.
