The very first thing I look for in a doctor's office is how their staff are. This place was exceptionally great from the staff at the check in, to the MAs in the back, to the lab technicians, to the back office desk schedulers. I mean, totally efficient, really friendly, everyone was smiling, it was awesome. The second thing I look for is how the staff interacts with one another and despite them being mostly women (which we all know can attract some crazy energies), they seemed to all get along really well; also very impressive! The doctor really is just the icing on the cake and she was great as well! The office makes the entire experience when going to see any physician and I was very happy with how I was treated and how everything went. My search for a new PCP has ended here and I am glad that they are close to home and are great. Dr. Orozco was really sweet, knowledgeable, and mellow. Her bedside manner was spot on and I did not leave wanting for anything. They also have an in house lab there which was SUPER convenient as I hate, hate, hate having to wait until days after to go get my lab work done. Great office, great staff, great physician. Highly recommended.

Actual encounter with physician and office staff was excellent. Waiting time was not as great. Arrived at 2:05 for a 2:30 appointment, taken to treatment area at 2:35, saw physician at 2:50.
