Dr. Ben Brindley specializes in pediatric and adult ear, nose, and throat disorders. He works closely with each patient to deliver exceptional, cutting-edge care along with his signature warmth, kindness and compassion. Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, his clinical interests include pediatric ENT, sinonasal surgery, endocrine surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea. One of his specialties is sialoendoscopy, a new, minimally invasive alternative for the treatment of obstructive salivary disease. A Texas native raised in Waco, Dr. Brindley graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Texas A&M University and went on to University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Outside of work, he enjoys pursing his hobbies of travel and scuba diving.

He basically told me I was overreacting about some excess phlegm that I've had in my throat since January 2013. He gave me no solution for it and it's really embarrassing because to this day, my voice cracks and squeaks when I first start to speak because I can't control what it's going to sound like.

I was confirmed twice by email my appointment was in Plano, but I had a voicemail call letting me know that is in Allen, when I called to confirm the representative was not polite at all not even an attempt to apologize for the error, and when I told her the reason I made the appointment was because is a Doctor in PLANO NOT ALLEN, her response was "unfortunately he is in Allen"

They gave me the paperwork after I had been waiting there for a bit, when I could have been filling it out, and the doctor didn't get in til almost 30 minutes after my appointment. Once I saw him, he was super nice and helpful.

Dr. Brindley is a very patient and kind doctor. He answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed in any way even though the visit took longer than the allotted time. You can tell he wants to genuinely help and understands the frustrations the patients are experiencing with his/her problems. Speaking to him put me at ease and I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.
