Long time wait went there before appointment to avoid waitting ! I was waiiting from 2:30 to 4:30 until i saw the doctor and the sonogram nurse was not there on that day i had to make another appointment in order to see her after two weeks!
The staff is perfect the doctor is perfect but the rest didnt work for me!

The visit with Doctor Atallah was unpleasant, they made me one more than an hour (not to mention that the office canceled my appoiment and I had to reschedule to see him the next day) to see the Doctor, and when I finally see him, he said he could not help me with my case. According to ZocDoc, Doctor Atallah is an urology with experience in Male infertility, but when I met him in person he told me he does not do that kind of practice, and he doesn't know anybody that does.

I have never, ever waited three hours for a doctor and I had an appointment! The people in the waiting room had been going to him for a long time and said that that was how it was, all the time. By the time I got to see him, I was fuming but he never did address the three hours that I had to wait in the waiting room for my 10 minute appointment, and neither did I.

Dr Atallah was great. I was a bit nervous about going to my first Urology exam, but he's a friendly guy who made me feel very comfortable within the first few sentences of conversation.
Only uncomfortable point was one of the reception ladies had quite a rude attitude about her that, but if you can get past that Dr. Atallah is great!

His assistant actually called me to ask if I wanted to come earlier than my scheduled appointment which worked out perfectly for my schedule for the day. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Dr. Atallah was great. Very professional and explained everything to me and answered all my questions; the only down side was the staff. The young african american woman was very rude from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. She was very unprofessional and just plain out rude. Sometimes people forget that they are dealing with sick patient who might have a deadly disease and need to be treated with compassion and sensitivity. A simple smile can go along way.
