Dr Saunders, is THE BEST! She is so wonderful that I left wishing she was my personal friend. lol. On a more serious note: She is Knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and kind. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I consider myself lucky to have found her. I won’t be stupid and skip an annual pap ever again because of her. Very friendly and welcoming staff “after” you got past the front desk. The lady at the window for check-in was a bit flat and not very welcoming.
All business. I even tried to make a couple of jokes to lighten her up but failed. Not a good first impression. However, This was my teenage daughter’s (15) first appt to an OB-GYN and overall I feel it was a good 1st visit after meeting with Macy Saunders APRN. She was timely, listened, and put us at ease. She was wonderful! Looking forward to meeting Dr. Michelle Melanson tomorrow for our follow up.

M. Saunders was an excellent listener and walked through different options for menopause treatments. She explained everything thoroughly so I could feel confident with my choices. Only hiccup was at check-in. My check-in sticker was misplaced/lost after I signed in, but once I brought it to the office’s attention that I had been skipped over, they hustled to process my insurance & paperwork and get me seen.
