The reception area was very small, crowded. I got there at 3:30 p.m then at 4:15 p.m I was taken back to the exam room. I sat there for over an hour before she peeked in to apologize for the lateness of the appointment. They were very backed up. I sat there for another 45 minutes before she came in. She apologized again and was very thorough with my issue. I felt she listen to what I had to say and gave very good advice.
