Sat in waiting room for over an hour and a half the receptionist never asked who I was or what I was there for!
Staff wasn't able to pull up my forms from the Zocdoc website and requested that I fill them out again. The Doctor was able to pull up my paperwork and apologized for the hassle.
Not a very organized office or staff.

With over 21 years of experience, Dr. Gupta and the Ananda Family Clinic are a close-knit group who make their patients feel like family. Awful and very unprofessional. I mean they used dr scholls wart remover to remove my wart. Not to mention my wart is still there. Could have went to buy that my self.

My visits with Dr Gupta are always a good experience. She will listen to all that I have to say and works together with me on a treatment plan. A lot of my visits are due to a chronic problem that I can not afford to take care of/treat w/therapy. She continues to listen and take care of me, she has helped me out a great deal by always being -informed- fair and kind. Without Dr. Gupta I would hate to think about what the quality of my life would be without her help. She is always available as well, when I get into an emergency situation. She is very knowledgable in medicine; everything is stored in her brain and she seems to be able to access info immediately. There may be a wait to see her but it is worth it to have someone who is listening to your problems and concerns. A doctor who takes the time.
