It was a disaster that so many people were scheduled to only two doctors at the same time. Not only the staff was overwhelmed but waiting time was way tooooooo long. Since Amita was taken over by Ascension the waiting time to get in it is at least hour longer than it ever was before. It is changing into QUANTITY NOT QUALITY of service. It is no longer about patients it is about money from insurance companies. It is more than sad knowing such a good doctor and staff may get bad reviews because someone cares about more patients/ more money.

The Doctor was very friendly and professional.

The doctor did not introduce herself. Within TWO minutes of talking to her I was given a few different medications. I tried to explain my feelings on these medications but I felt she didn’t listen to anything I said. I was given a referral at the end with no further instructions.

front office staff was great.
nurse was very busy and could of used help. Doctor was not friendly at all. it's very sad I was looking to replace my primary doctor due to always not being available. but now I feel very lost. I was very happy to meet doctor and she cared less. I'm very disappointed

She was very sweet, answered all my questions. I had to get a PAP smear done for the first time, she walked me through each step she was doing. I felt right at home. Everything was super quick and they made sure you left their office knowing what was said. The front desk woman was kinda rude and almost waited 45 minutes but that didn't bother me as much. For sure will see her again

My experience was a very good one. She listened to all my concerns I had, and checked all my concerns very thorough, while carrying a great bedside manner. She put a lot of my concerns at ease, and she got me the referrals I needed for specialists to look at the issues that needed a specialist to look at. Very very professional. Had about a 20 minute, but I was a new patient, so it was basically to fill out needed paperwork. I highly recommend her to anyone, and everyone.
