Great experience with Dr. Rezaei. She was very warm and friendly and listened to all my concerns. I had a great relationship with my previous doctor so I was very scared to go through this process again but I was pleasantly surprised and looking forward to working with Dr. Rezaei to meet my health goals.

I’m so happy I found Dr. Rezaei after a decade of searching for a truly caring and helpful primary care physician. All staff members were excellent communicators. I really appreciated the genuine listening, kindness, and thoughtfulness from everyone throughout my visit. Wait times were also very short, which I’ve found to be rare among doctor's offices in recent years, and really shows how much respect they have for their patients’ time.

The visit was great overall and the doctor and staff were all great, so would recommend if insurance not an issue for you.
With that said, being a healthcare provider myself I am surprised at how many different codes and 'office visits' within one visit are billed. I went in for a well annual visit which I expected to discuss my health, issues/Q's and have those addressed by the doc. If nothing else is discussed then no other codes get sent out. Often patients don't notice since insurance covers, but with more and more high deductible plans, this isn't the case anymore. I did not come in with a laundry list of issues, but one. I understand documentation of things discussed but to charge out an office visit for every issue discussed is unethical. If I ever did that in my field, I would be branded as unethical as well. Only my 'physical' was covered not the discussion with the doctor. Part of a physical is to check overall health and advise accordingly, or so I thought. At my children's pediatrician well visits, we are encouraged to actually ask Q's and address issues within that visit. It's discouraging to the patient to discuss anything that may impact their health.
An office visit within the time allotted should reasonably allow a patient to discuss health related items with the doctor without fear of extra charges.

I booked an appt 3-4 weeks in advance and gave them all of my insurance info at that time, they waited until 1 hour before my appt to let me know that my insurance is not accepted.

Dr. Rezaei is kind and thoughtful in her bedside manner. She takes the time to address each of your concerns thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand and leaves you feeling reassured. It was my first visit to this office and needing a new primary care doctor after moving to Tustin. I really liked her a lot . The office was very efficient and friendly. Incredible customer service, genuine interest in my concerns and great listening skills. So far been very happy with my experience.
