The appointment (on 18th Aug'17) did not happen because Dr. Maliha was not available for doing physical on that date. The assistant called me and said that she was not aware about this appointment and secondly the doctor is not available on the appointment date. Disappointing!!!

Dr. Nafees was kind and compassionate. I felt as though I was her only patient. She was attentive to my concerns and alleviated any fears I may have had.
There was no long wait. All of the staff was friendly. The office is clean and spacious.

I always like Dr. NAFEES. She is excellent. Her office doesn't do as well however. Once again they do not communicate well. I gave Dr my work phone number for results of my x-rays today because I cannot use my cell during work. I waited all day for response. After work I heard the message left on my cell asking me to call them. Their office is closed so no news until tomorrow. Very frustrating.

The only issue was we waited a long time after Dr. Nafees left the room for the nurse to come in and give the flu shot. Nurse said no one told her to do it. We've had that issue before, a lack of communication within the office. Dr. Nafees is great though.

I like her very much. Her office is too corporate and prevent her from truly caring for her patients. She is willing to schedule herself with more time for her patients and more convenient times for her patients but corporate doesn't allow her to make her own decisions or schedule. She is better than they allow her to be.
