I made an appt for 1:15pm via ZocDoc. I arrived at 12:39pm and was not see until 2:15pm. I am not happy. What is the point of making an appt??

The bone density test was not able to be done due to a machine problem. I was advised about 2 weeks ago that this might happen and would be called if it needed to be rescheduled. I did not receive a phone call. At least I was able to have the mammogram, otherwise I would have gone to the office for nothing.
