All the assistants were kind, caring and super efficient. I am bad with remembering names but they were ALL great. All the staff in my opinion deserve a RAISE because I have more than one occasion seen them deal with rude patients for things that were out of their control. They’ve always been super patient and reassuring. Dr. Franco is always listening to my concerns and never dismissive of them. Great PCP, great office environment.

The front desk , doctor’ assistant and the doctor always treated me with respect, always very polite. Always return my messages, they really care for their patients, that’s the reason that I keep going back to them even do I have to drive one hour sometimes two depends on traffic to go to that clinic.

I had a 3:45app I came in at3pm it's 4:36 and still haven't seen the doctor and I'm the only patient the was in the lobby nurse said she put me in the room cause I looked mad so basically called me in so I could think I haven't been forgotten smh!!!
