“Everyone at this office was so wonderful. I was late due to an earlier, unrelated appointment running behind. The girl on the phone was so nice about it, as were the front desk staff when I arrived. I felt so bad, but they were not rude about it at all. The PA was professional and explained everything thoroughly. I am terrified of needles and instantly shut down, tear up, and cry when I find out I have to get shots/blood drawn. I always feel so silly and am MORTIFIED. Both the male nurse who gave me my vaccine and the phlebotomist who drew my blood were SO kind and funny and distracted me by asking me about my dogs/talking about their dogs — seriously thank you to both of them for their kindness and patience over my nonsensical fear. They are ANGELS and made the experience effortless and as a result, my day so much better!”

I saw PA Nathan Jent to seek help with a prescription change, and my experience at the clinic was wonderful from start to finish. Nathan was attentive and caring, making sure that all of my questions were answered. The staff was efficient and kind. I recommend this practice and intend to visit again for primary care.

I am writing this review because I was charged for a service that this PA said repeatedly was covered by my insurance. When speaking to my insurance and the primary care, they said I was referred for something that I didn't receive an email for, had anything in my account or get anything in person. Beware of saying anything to them about any potential medical issues and getting overcharged.
