Dr. Penalver is a sweetheart but his medical staff sucks, once you come they want to charge you for no reason cause they know you have an insurance ,plus even though they called you to confirm your appointment they never find your name and they keepsaying there is no appointment there for you.. They better hired new people or at leat train there techs to have a geniun care. I've been coming for two years and I can tell theres is no improvement??

Office is in the hospital, third floor. Staff was very nice. A con for me was that I needed to fill out paperwork, even though I checked in online with Zoc. Doc. I really enjoyed speaking with the doctor and assistant physician. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.
Recommend to all women looking for a technical and caring physician.
