It was my first visit. I was nervous, but Dr. Grobman immediately made me feel comfortable. He was warm and friendly while at the same time remaining consistently professional and focused. I felt he listened to me and addressed all my concerns. All said it was an awesome first visit and I am confident in saying I have my new primary care physician.

I was a little uneasy at first, because I know how doctors can be. Making you feel like you're just a number or trying to belittle you with their doctor lingo. However, I can say, that was the complete opposite with Dr. Marc. Definitely was a shocker. Hopefully it will continue.

I graduated from the Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster in 1982 and from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa in 1986. I did my internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia. I then completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Hahnemann University, also in Philadelphia. I then became Chief Medical Resident in the Internal Medicine Department for one year. In 1993, I became Assistant Director for Medical Education at Community Hospital in Chester. I became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1991, recertified in 2001 and again in 2011. In 1991, I opened my practice in Claymont. I moved to my present location in 2000. In 2002, I became a Fellow of the American College of Physicians on the basis of my training and committment to preparing the next generation of physicians. I have since continued to teach through Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Christiana Care and PCOM. I also attend continuing education programs on a regular basis to keep up to date on advances in treatments of all types.
In the office, I use educational materials to help you understand your health or illnesses. We also employ the use of EKG machines, spirometry and pulse oximetry (for breathing disorders), impedence cardiography and sigmoidoscopy to screen for bowel cancers. I have access to the latest in medical and technological advances through staff membership at Christiana Care Hospital system and Crozer-Chester Medical Center. I use Internists at local hospitals to care for you if you are admitted to the hospital so I may devote all my time to your office visit. These physicians commit to communicate with me regarding your condition from the moment you enter their facility.
