I honestly felt rushed and disconnected after waiting nearly 45 mins to be called back. I explained 3 concerns relative to my and were told that they are all normal. So everyone has difficulty swallowing, randomly starts snoring and accumulates tonsiliths within a few months time out of the blue? On a good note after waiting 45 mins, I was out in less than 10.

The office person was kind and helpful...
The wait time was exceptionally fast...less than 25 minutes....the paperwork took up the time.
Dr. Guay was speedy...pleasant...and his bedside manner was professional but friendly.

I have been dealing with facial pain for 4 months now. I have seen countless doctors in my search for relief. Dr. Guay really listened to my issue. He took into account my ideas on the problem which is super rare. He is one of the very few doctors I have met who seems very excited and thrives off of being a doctor! Super personable and professional. I am finally hopeful that I can get some answers with Dr. Guay.

My 45 min wait time for 4-5 minutes with the doctor was very frustrating. I had multiple questions I needed to ask but was politely told I was free to go multiple times and left not having answers. I still love the staff and would probably go back since my first visit was fine.

Dr Guay was so speedy and friendly. I had compacted ear wax in one ear that he removed in less than 5 minutes!! I would highly recommend him and return in the future if necessary .
