The office is located just east of the large entrance to the building, but once I entered I was greeted by a friendly and attentive receptionist. It being my first time at the office, she took my ID and insurance info. I paid the copay and within 10 mins I was in to see Dr. Kaplan.
He asked my reason for the visit and joked a little with me regarding one of my responses. He then examined me and quickly figured out my issue. After discussing with me the nature of my problem (along with illustrations), he set up meds and sent me on my way.
It was a friendly and relatively painless interaction with a succinct and understandable prognosis. I would definitely go again.
