Still University, Kirksville, where he received his osteopathic degree, and completed his internship and residency at Normandy Osteopathic Hospital. He continued his training by finishing a fellowship at Saint Louis University.
Dr. Lewen is certified in cardiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Cardiology, Missouri Chapter.
