This office is dirty and dusty. Full of hundreds of paper files and the equipment looks like it’s from the 80s. I waited over an hour and no one was friendly. I will absolutely not return.

The front office is very disorganized. I had a 9AM appointment it was only after I confronted the front desk about the wait (40 minutes) that they said "ok, we'll see you next". They did not have alignment with ZocDoc even though there was a confirmation from them. It was not a pleasant front office experience. The office itself is really old and a mess, does not leave one feeling in a sense of "this is a well run place".

I wouldn't recommend this place unless it was an absolute last resort. It seems like a "disability/workers comp" powerhouse that doesn't really take much interest in standard/family physician practice. The staff was unorganized, though some were friendly, but very uncommunicative. The doctor himself was an hour late, then the line started, then if I hadn't complained about the wait it could've been longer than another hour. This was with an appointment. Also, just keep in mind this is an apartment in an apartment building, that looks like it hasn't been renovated since the early 1960's. It's crammed, dirty and all together in need of some serious care.

The office mainly treats worker’s compensation and car accident injuries it seems. It was very uncomfortable. The dr did not perform labs and made a diagnosis.

The front office staff didn't have my paperwork, though I had completed it online ahead of time, and it was a battle to get them to access it online. This physician urged me to contact an attorney about my injury, going as far as referring me to an attorney. (ethical?) The office doesn't actually schedule appointments for physical therapy, it's all done by walk-in, the wait times, can be over an hour or more. The office smells like urine.
