Dr. Marc D. Rosenthal is Board Certified in Otoloaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine and specially trained in both allergy and minimally invasive thyroid/parathyroid and sinus surgery. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 1995 and received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Miami in 1999. Dr. Rosenthal completed his Otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He gained additional pediatric training at the world-renowned Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, where he learned to perform painless tonsillectomies.
Dr Rosenthal has authored many articles in the field and is recognized as one of the first physicians in the United States to perform the Balloon Sinuplasty procedure, a less invasive alternative to traditional endoscopic sinus surgery.
Dr. Rosenthal treats both children and adults for all problems related to the ear, nose, and throat. He has been practicing in Middle Tennessee since 2004. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, coaching soccer, and training for triathlons.

I am very pleased with the quality of care provided for my 8 month old son. Prior to flying with him, I was told by his pediatrician that he had an ear infection but was ok to fly. I wanted a second opinion and brought him to see Dr. Rosenthal. The office scheduled an appointment prior to my flight. He was great with my son and ran tests to prove his ears were clear and safe for travel.

Was sure to make any changes clear to me. Checked anything that could of promoted my problem. Was effective and I was in and out. So my visit wasn't an all day thing like some specialists.
