Overall I was attended well and he answer all my questions . the checking in part is not fun .this office usually tops out 1 hr :30 min just in waiting to get called in with a scheduled Appointment. I believe that needs some improvement

I always enjoy my visit, even in the midst of not feeling my best. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Munoz has a great bedside manner. He always makes me feel comfortable and really listens to what I am saying. He answers any questions or concerns that I may have.

He was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, but raised in Orlando, Florida. His father, Alvaro Munoz and his mother, Blanca Munoz, are both Venezuelan. His wife was born in Puerto Rico but raised in Orlando, Florida. His eldest daughter was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and his youngest daughter was born in Celebration, Florida.He Moved to North Texas after completing his medical training in New York at New York Medical College – Brooklyn/Queens. He served as a solo provider at Clinicas Mi Doctor at the Ft. Worth branch. He joined Forest Medical Care in 2012.Dr. Munoz enjoys being a Family Physician, as it gives him the opportunity to care for a wide age spectrum of patients, from newborns to seniors. Most of all it is the continuity of medical care that is most satisfying to him. Dr. Munoz takes pride in his job and strives daily to provide genuine and execellent medical care for his patients.Outside the office, Dr. munoz spends his time with those most precious to him, his family. Between his daughters soccer, ballet, Hip-Hop dance and volleyball practices, he still finds time to relax by running, reading and enjoying a good movie.

Dr. Munoz is great. The front staff needs additional training in my opinion. They need to be more curtious and understanding with the patients needs and time. I've waited over an hour twice, one time over 2 hours. If my appointment is going to be that delayed the front staff should call me and let me know so I am not waisting hours of my day waiting. If it wasn't for Dr. Muinos I would have stopped going there. The front staff has gotten a little better since my initial visit but they still have to improve.

I feel that it should be stated that I did not meet this doctor even though I had an appointment with him, since this doctor works at a clinic i was directed to the next available. The doctor that attended me was satisfactory but due to time constraints he didn't explain what was going on with me as much as i would have wanted.

Dr. Munoz has great bedside manner! I waited for about an hour or so but its a clinic so that usually means you will have to wait for some time. I would greatly recommend coming here! Also booking an appointment through zocdoc is pretty simple.
