Dr. Marek Cena is a diligent and dependable cardiologist currently practicing at Alamo Cardiovascular Consultants Group in San Antonio, TX. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of Silesia, School of Medicine in Katowice. He completed a residency in internal medicine at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County. He completed two fellowships at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, one in cardiovascular disease, the other in heart transplant and advanced heart failure. Dr. Cena is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with a focus on cardiovascular disease as well as interventional cardiology.
