Very laid back and made me feel super comfortable. Definitely recommend Dr. Margaret Landwermeyer and her staff! She doesn't force anything on you and makes the patient feel very at ease. The nurse I had today was hilarious and great!

Everyone I encountered was very nice. I really appreciated the electronic check-in and payment process. I also appreciated being able to fill out most of the paperwork online ahead of time and them reviewing it before I was seen by anyone. Very pleased all the way around!

It was my first visit and getting all my paperwork filled out was easy - mostly because it wasn't paper it was done on a tablet! And the nurse took all my patient history. I liked that touch.

As is always my experience with Dr. Landwermeyer, she is fantastic and her nurses are great, but the office staff needs some serious help. For today's appointment, I had the billing clerk come into the exam room, after I had meet with the nurse, before I was going to see the doctor, RIGHT BEFORE I was about to get completely naked for my exam, to have me fill out a payment form for a balance that should have been covered. NOT OK! Once I am in the exam room, that is a medical sanctuary where I can have open discussions with my doctor and nurse. All insurance/billing/method of payment questions can and should take place outside of the exam room.

Dr. Landwermeyer and all of her staff were very nice, professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. I was in with only a 5 minute wait and I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, so getting in 5 minutes ahead of my appointment time was an unexpected surprise. I have seen Dr. Landwermeyer before and feel very comfortable with her. I have recommended her to my friends and certainly will continue to do so. I love the new office too at Lakeway Regional Medical.
