Dr. Muldrow was personable, but the appointment felt a little rushed. I was hoping for a lot more information, but it felt like I had to hurry to ask my questions (the ones I could remember), rather than having a relaxed conversation. On the other hand, things seemed to running on time, so maybe it's the trade off.

Though I was seen almost right away, I felt that Dr. Muldrow rushed appointments in order to see as many people as quickly as possible. I have a strong familial history of melanoma and was extremely concerned about several skin issues. Dr. Muldrow spent less than 5 minutes with me and seemed annoyed that I kept asking her about different issues. She then told me to come back in a year and a half or two for my next skin screening even though I am at high risk for skin disease. It felt like she saw a young person in decent health and immediately disregarded any and every issue I had. I would not recommend Dr. Muldrow to even my worst enemy.

The Doctor was pleasant to speak with and seemed quite knowledgeable. However, as a first time patient it seems that our time was really short. Most every other specialist that I’ve met have always taken time to learn about the patient and ask questions that propel the patient to either recollect and share more information that may not have been at the forefront of mind. I imagine that I’ll either just use my PCP more often (who takes the time to ask and listen) or altogether another specialist.

Office staff was nice enough. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t have the best bedside manner, I believe she is a good doctor though. It just seemed as though she didn’t have enough time to explain things as much as I would have liked her to.

She told me she wanted to remove some moles, and told me I should take pictures of them and monitor them. She did not offer to take pictures and would not do any measurements - just said that I should measure/monitor them. Not thorough at all, struck me that she just wanted to make money and move on.

Last time I saw a dermatologist was ` 25 years ago as a teenager. I recall waiting in the waiting area long after my appointed time. Then sitting in the exam room for another 15 mins waiting for the doc to enter. Not so at Mig's office. It was such a pleasant experience. I had a 1515 appointment and arrived early to fill out paperwork as a new patient but tip to tail was less than 30 mins. She came in promptly after the nurse left and was very through with her exam. I have a pre cancerous lesion so was thankful I made an appointment. And she has a calming demeanor, even when blasting you with liquid nitrogen.

Over the years, I have been to three other dermatologists and had experiences that I chalked up to a "waste of time". Dr. Muldrow, on the other hand, did what I was surprised no other dermatologist has ever done, a full exam...looking at all my skin to determine if there were any concerns. She was knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. I am thrilled to have finally found a dermatologist I can count on and refer others to.

To start off I was late for my appointment and they were able to still see me which was great. However, the total time of the appointment was about ten minutes. I had gone in due to some issues with acne and karatosis pilaris and I made sure to mention that I have incredibly dry skin. She then gave me an acne wash that severely dried me out and trapped everything under the skin painfully. I then tried to use the product less frequently but the issue just got worse. I ended up discontinuing after a month and a pimple that was so bad and under the skin it gave me a black eye.

Very strange. No gowns so had to cover up with a paper sheet. Medical assistant stayed in the room which was awkward. Dr recommended I get laser hair removal which I also found strange. Overall the appointment lasted under 10 minutes and was unprofessional in my opinion.

Waited ~50 minutes for a 7-minute consultation, and my prescription was apparently not sent to my pharmacy. Not worth the hassle.

I left in tears after my appointment with Dr. Muldrow. I waited almost a half an hour for her to give me only five minutes of her time where all she did was write me a prescription without asking any questions about my skin or what I've tried for treatment. When I tried asking her a question she interrupted me by saying, "Just try not to worry about it." For anyone who has dealt with cystic acne for as long as I have, this type of advice is beyond frustrating. The whole reason I went to see her is so that I could FINALLY STOP worrying about it! She wrote me a prescription for a topical cream and an oral medication that I've already tried in the past, which she would know if she had let me talk at all.
