Scheduled 2 appointments thru zocdoc app, the first one was canceled the day before my appointment because according to their office, they do not have access to the zocdoc app paperwork and they said I didn’t fill out all the paperwork for my appointment although I did complete it but the app they want you to use is awful, never loads and has lots of problems and the next appointment I was never sent an email on how to join the conference call for the visit, no communication at all so I’m still looking for a dr with no luck…
