I’ve been seeing Dr. Bennett for awhile & like her fine. My issue is with how long you have to wait to see her. It doesn’t matter the day or time of appointment, you’ll wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 once brought back to an exam room. I’ve shared this feedback several times & nothing seems to have been fixed. You would think that during COVID they would want you in & out quickly, but that’s not the case here.

Dr. Bennett was awesome! Wait time was long - 6-7 people signed in after me (all for Dr. Bennett) and were seen before me. I realize I was a new patient and perhaps they were established, but I was asked to come in half hour early and then sat there for more than an hour and a half.

The wait was horrible. The nurse said it wasn't her fault- and the dr. never acknowledged it. The front desk person is the only person who apologized after I asked what was taking over an hour to be seen.

Dr Bennet took her time and did not make me fueled rushed. She seemed very interested in getting my questions answered. I look forward to seeing her again.

This was my first visit to Dr. Bennett. I had to wait quite a long time after I was taken to the exam room. Dr. Bennett explained the wait when she came in and did not cut my appointment short to make up time. Very pleased with this first visit.

She actually took the time to talk to me and didn’t rush in and rush out like most doctors. She spent all the time that I needed and she made sure to go over everything that I needed her too. She was super sweet, along with the rest of her staff! I would recommend her to anyone!

Waited over an hr with no acknowledgement of the prolonged wait time other than a quick statement after a 45 minute wait that she would be in shortly, physician never formally introduced herself to me though this was a new patient appointment - nice enough but I was displeased by the wait and the lack of bedside manner
