i haven’t seen a primary care physician in way too long, but i finally made the decision to change that. i shouldn’t have been nervous, everyone in dr. buencamino’s office was wonderful! from check-in to my actual appointment, everyone was welcoming and thorough. dr. buencamino gave me advice on what i should take care of at the appointment, but never pressured me to do anything i might have been uncomfortable with. i had an excellent experience and would highly recommend dr. buencamino to anyone looking for a primary care physician!

I saw Dr. Buencamino-Francisco today at her Hingham location for my new patient appointment and I can’t say enough about how great she is. Her demeanor is calm, friendly, and kind, but she’s also efficient and communicates clearly. I felt at ease with her even though I am always nervous for annual physicals. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My visit was fast and there was no wait time. However, I would say that the nurses (who took my bp and gave me my shots) were not friendly and Dr. Buencamino was pushy. I have anxiety that is heightened when around doctors and I made her aware of this in the beginning of our session but she still pushed me about things I should do that I hadn't yet. For me, going to the doctor is highly anxiety provoking and the added pressure and chiding from the doctor did not help the experience. I would recommend in the future for her and her staff to work on making their demeanor warmer and more accepting of people who are working to take care of themselves. Bedside manner 2.

Dr Buencamino was very professional and a great listener. I felt that all of my issues were addressed and all of my questions were answered. I’ve had a hard time finding good primary care doctors and she is awesome.

Dr. Buencamino has been a Godsend to me. She quickly learned my complex medical history and put me at ease with her knowledge, compassion, and extreme patience. She listens, includes me in decision making, and explains my plan of care in a way I understand. Her visits are efficient and thorough. She's also very responsive via phone and patient portal.
