She’s is very friendly and professional, however...the wait time was RIDICULOUS. Showed up at 10:15 for my appointment at 10:35 and wasn’t seen until almost 12:00. I had work after but didn’t expect my appointment to be longer than 2 hours for a simple visit and so I ran late to work. I recommend her as a caregiver but make sure you have PLENTY of time for your appointment and don’t need to be anywhere by a specific time that same day unless it’s hours after.
