I love Dr. Florendo. Her bedside manner is amazing. I always feel like family and it’s very clear she cares for her patients. She’s smart and well informed. She’s quick and efficient but you never feel like she’s rushing you out the door. She is out of network and I still continue to see her. I refuse to see anyone else!

She’s good. The office is dusty. I came from a different provider and need a new prescription but the Einstein network is horrible and I’ve requested 3 times through the portal and nothing has happened and have tried calling and have been on hold for about 45 mins. All I need is the exact same prescription that she specifically said WAS part of her practice.

Dr. M.E.A. Florendo, MD is truly wonderful for patients of every age. She is knowledgeable of the life long changes that occur in our bodies and what to expect as those changes occur. Dr. Florendo is very personable and easy to talk to and her medical advice is easily accepted.

Very professional and pleasant . Very much enjoyed my doctor visit. The only recommendation and suggestion is to have the check out person Michelle to improve her attitude. She is impolite and rude , has no personal and courtesy customer service . Never smiles

Dr. Florendo is friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. She didn’t rush through the visit, but she was also very efficient and I wasn’t at the office all morning. I’m very glad to have found her!
