Dr Tiamson-Beato is a great doctor and takes her time every time she sees my kids. She is the reason why I go there. The front staff on the other hand isn’t very organized and very slow at getting things done so you can see your doctor. I do not like the check in service computer system. The lady in front was having issues and took a VERY long time to check herself in, which held my check in process. Then they said they could verify one of my kids insurance which I stated the computer mentioned. The gentleman said he would look into but after 35mins..nothing...then a lady asked for my card and in 5mins she checked me in and verified....Front Desk needs some training on....everything.

The entire staff is always so welcoming and professional. They are very prompt and wonderful with small children.

Dr. Tiamson-Beato is a great doctor. She does not super-impose her "Dr weight" on the parents like other younger doctors who think they know it all. Most modern doctors rely heavily on computers for diagnosis; not Dr. Tiamson. She is especially sweet with the children and doesn't try to force a damn flu shot on your kids like every other American doctor later imposing guilt. Flu shots are ridiculous given that Flu mutates in labs each year. She seems to know her "stuff" and is very professional at all times. My wife and I have three girls ages 6, 2 and 5 months; we have decided to make her our primary physician for all three girls. We only went there because the Callaghan clinic had no slots open that very day. I highly recommend Dr. Tiamson for she gives you hope and comfort that your child will recuperate to normal again.

She was beyond thorough and in detail when explaining what was going on with my baby, and how to treat him. She answered all my questions and took THE BEST care of him out of every other pediatrician/Doctor that he’s seen. I’d love to make her his general practitioner and go to pediatrician. Even if it is across town to see her. The entire crew was impeccable! They took much better care of the both of us than the communicare facility we usually visit.

Our son had no signs of jaundice at the hospital and Dr. Tiamson-Beato caught our son’s developing jaundice at his first appointment with him just being 2 days old and his first day at home. Thank God! She prescribed light therapy and she and the staff at Communicare worked to have a light therapy machine delivered to our home the same afternoon. Now our son is able to have his therapy at home with us and be on the way to recovery. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
