The assistant's working the front desk lack professional ethics. There was confusion during my first appointment, and my appointment was cancelled 3 days prior after a 2 week wait.

The wait time is short at this office. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart! She saw a patient coming up the walkway in a wheel chair and rushed to the door to help them in. Dr. Vila is easy to talk to. I feel comfortable bringing up concerns and questions to her. She's pretty down to earth as well, and makes comfortable conversation.
