I loved t h e care I received from the doctor, but I must say her office assistant has failed to perform her duties. I have yet to receive test from a previous exam that was supposed to be ordered from a different office. Then office was supposed to send the doctor's assessment to my PC and it hasn't happened yet. I called to speak to the doctor, left a message for her to contact me but it hasn't happened yet and it's been nearly 3 weeks now. What can I do to speak to this cardiologist without scheduling another appointment?

Do NOT see this Dr if you think you might have any questions...ever! I am only 30 and not that unhealthy, so of course I had questions about the diagnosis and medication I was prescribed. When I asked questions during my visit I was told to "Google it". When I still had questions that week about my specific situation (which couldn't be answered on google), I called and sent an email. It has been 1 month and I have still not received a response! Supposedly they didn't see my email, then they found it and said they'd ask the dr, then they forgot about it again. I've just emailed AGAIN to try and get answers, but I will not be back.

I felt the staff was friendly & helpful. The time spent in the office was reasonable. The doc v. was in formative, very friendly, and most helpful.

Very comfortable. My DA is very good @ what she does. She is very professional but most important she is very nice. Dr. Viqar is very easy to understand and makes me very comfortable. I really enjoy the visits. I get a good understanding of what's going on with me and most important I like the direct approach!!
