I spoke to the medical assistant more than I talk to the nurse I seen her for about 5-8 mins . It was like she wanted to get me in and out as quick as possible and didn’t really care to listen to my overall health concerns nor did I have time to talk to her about it cause after she ordered my blood work she never came back in the room .

I had my first appointment with M. Boozer Nurse Practitioner today, and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. She was incredibly humble, kind, and attentive, with a bedside manner that immediately put me at ease. I haven’t visited a doctor in over a decade because of past negative experiences with human medicine and the system but she has completely restored my faith. She listened without judgment, explained everything clearly, and truly treated me like a person—not just a patient. I left feeling cared for and understood. Highly recommend!

I like this office, I have been here a few times now. The RNs and office staff are all exceptionally nice and great at what they do. Mariah Boozer was very nice and genuine with my son. I want to thank all of the staff for everything they have done for my small family.

Mariah Boozer was amazing ! Front desk was unpleasant, I was not greeted I could visibly see 2 workers and one even walked past me. She assumed I was there to set a follow up appointment. I almost left. I decided to stay because that was my only time I had available to be seen. When I was able to be seen by Mariah she was extremely pleasant and kind. Active listener and reassured me she can and will help me. I will return to see her. I hope the management can support the staff working front desk so they can create a more welcoming environment you never know why someone is coming in to be seen.

The service was horrible I came in for an appointment with a 2 hour wait while other people went ahead of me. Then I asked before my appointment and when I came in to my appointment did I have to change my pcp and they said no 1 1/2 into the wait someone new came and told me I had to change when I already asked prior to coming. They have rude staff and people who don’t know what they’re doing.
