Once again, Dr. Apolo treated me knowledgeably, professionally, and courteously. She explained every step she took; the pros and cons; and offered me the most logical--and, sometimes, unexpectedly simple--solutions! I even learned something about myself that I did not know: that I walk with a "clomp" to compensate for my knock knees!
Dr. Apolo's staff was also extremely courteous and kind. The office has a very warm and welcoming environment. I shall continue to see Dr. Apolo in the future!

I was very generously assisted by telephone and that treated beautifully by the office staff. Dr. Apolo was very personsble, very thorough, presented me with all available options...and then proceeded with the best course of action appropiate to my needs during this particular office visit. This is my 2nd time wi th Dr. Apolo. She has been efficient and quick in her treatment. I am rating this rather low because it seems my child will have to wait 1-2 days to get his prescription to avoid infection in his open wound because Dr. Apolo will mot switch the prescription herself from one pharmacy to another. The pharmacies can transfer in 1-2 days. If she makes the switch herself it is immediate. Knowing the importance of the antibiotics to avoid infection I am disappointed she said no to my request to cancel the prescription in one pharmacy and send it to another.

She was a sweetheart... but by the time I got to her I was so livid about the complete lack of professionalism and care provided by the medical assistants. I have never been treated with such disrespect and utter rude behavior at a doctors office ever before- and I frequent the VA Healthcare system.
