I had to ask them to test me for.... something, anything! They did nothing in regards to informing me what may have been the source of my pain. The providers there made me feel like a burden for even wanting tests done. Horrible service... never going back!

The doctor failed to be compassionate. Her tone was condescending and I walked out without being properly treated. I came in being 14 days late which is unlike me. They had me pee in a cup told me we were done. They took my copay and weren’t even concerned why my period hasn’t come. I don’t recommend coming here to anyone. There are other doctors and I am on the search for another one.

Dr. Liburd has Terrible beside manners. She seemed to have something else on her mind. She also was more in a hurry to finish the visit. Also, she was speaking another language with the MA while I’m spread wide open during the exam. It made me uncomfortable, and frankly it’s rude.

Very Nice and warm atmosphere and right to point. No long or dawn out appointments. The wait time was minimal. Great overall experience and since she's located within the hospital additional tests were simple to get to and the same location. Which also saved time.

It was a wait , the nurses didn’t know how to draw my blood and I got stuck 4 times. Sometimes the doctor forgets things and you have to call back to remind her. I was told no co pay and then a week later I get a invoice for the copay

Well i did the appointment and when i got there they said said they didnt get my appointment and said the appointment hours on zoc doc dosent match the hours in their clinic.so they did take me but i was pushed back and almost ran latr for work . So its half and half i just really hope you guys can get the appointment hours straight because i think zoc doc is amazing its very convenient for me thank you

The wait times are horrible, i wasnt satisfied much with the doctor or staff but its the only obgyn who will take last minute appointments

Had trouble with them charging me a co pay for an annual which is free thank God avmed sends you a little payment paper so that I could see that. Other than that they are awesome. I had to get a biopsy so I ended up having three appointments total everything was great and I am healthy.

I never heard of charging for a follow-up to hear results of test, glad I just requested my records...didn't know it was so hard to get teens seen by a doctor ?!! Health insurance and doctor choice both terrible..

It was the worst experience I've ever had a doctors office. They took 45 minutes just to let me know that I had to get a Pap smear done and when I told them I wasn't able to and I just had general questions for the doctor they told me I had to wait even longer because my insurance wasn't letting them know how much my visit would be. The whole setting just made me feel uncomfortable and it took forever. It was a waste of time and I would never return there again.
