She received her medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York and completed a pediatric residency at Albany Medical Center, and an Allergy and Immunology fellowship at the North Shore- Long Island Jewish Health System. She has been an Assistant Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and was a faculty physician for the North Shore- Long Island Jewish Health System in the division of Allergy and Immunology for 7 years before joining ProHEALTH Care. She remains a voluntary faculty member at North Shore Manhassaet, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and Cohen Children’s Medical Center.
Dr. Cavuoto previously held positions on the executive board for the Long Island Allergy and Asthma Society, is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
